Refund Policy

This policy applies to the digital e-book LEVEL UP AI: Defeat the Glitch King (PDF).

Digital product

Because the e-book is delivered instantly as a downloadable file, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the download link has been provided.

When we will help

• Paid but did not receive the book: contact us with your payment ID and we will send the file.
• Charged twice for the same order: the duplicate payment will be refunded.
• File won't open or is damaged: we will send a working copy, or refund if we cannot fix it.

How to request help

Message us on WhatsApp or email within 7 days of purchase with your name, payment ID and the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time taken to reach your account depends on your bank and Razorpay's processing.
