Refund Policy

Last updated: 28 September 2026

This policy applies to the digital e-book Mobile Addiction in Children: A 21-Day Plan for Parents.

Digital product

Because the e-book is delivered instantly as a downloadable file, sales are generally final once the download page has been provided.

When we will help

• Paid but did not receive the book: send your payment ID and we will send the file.
• Charged twice: the duplicate payment will be refunded.
• Wrong edition bought by mistake (English instead of Hindi or vice-versa): contact us within 24 hours and we will send the other edition instead.
• File will not open: we will send a working copy or refund if we cannot fix it.

How to ask

WhatsApp or email us within 7 days with your name, payment ID and the issue. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
